If you do not believe it yet or just can’t accept it as fact, I challenge you to Google something you know for a fact, especially having to do with conservatism. Chances are the meaning and narrative have been changed to perpetuate some idea they want the populace to accept.
For instance, we all know that liberals want the government to have more control; only support freedom of speech as it applies to their views; and are against religious freedom as Christians understand it.
However, if you Google “liberalism” it will state the meaning as just the opposite. In doing a search, I found it reads: “Liberals espouse a wide array of views depending on their understanding of these principles, but they generally support limited government, individual rights, capitalism, democracy, secularism, gender equality, racial equality, internationalism, freedom of speech, freedom of the press and freedom of religion.”
That is actually a far cry from what today’s liberals really believe while implying they support and love our country. I beg to differ. If you love your country, you wouldn’t be trying to destroy it with a socialistic agenda. Every democrat running for president supports socialism in one way or another. They certainly do not support freedom as a way of life, because if they did, we wouldn’t be hearing such ridiculousness coming from their mouths.
What really galls me is that all of them are millionaires. Many weren’t when they first went into office but they are now. Let that sink in for a moment. They own big mansions, some more than one, with not only gates around them but they also have armed guards.
However, they say they are against guns and walls. What many fail to get into their heads, that in socialism, these people will still be fine, because they are in charge and the filthy rich survive and become even more wealthy. All the while, everyone around them will be starving and at the mercy of the government. It’s a dangerous game they are playing and trying to get “we the people” to play along.
Unfortunately some will because they fail to reason things out and don’t understand the repercussions. It just is common sense that you can’t give away everything free because eventually you have to pay the piper and the price is way too high to pay.
Liberalism at its best is false lies and fake compassion. Liberals live in a sheltered world and wouldn’t admit the truth, if in fact they even knew it. Some know it, but use their ideology (slate of candidates) as a scam to get power and wealth from the gullible. They cry about poverty and racism but with a smile as they send poor and minority kids to substandard schools. These same people would never let their children even get within shouting distance of an inner city public school.
They demand we double prices on energy and trade in our cars to ride on buses because of global warming. Yet, they don’t even think twice about hopping on their private jets to have a discussion with an oil sheik and probably get a kickback before they leave.
You and I on the other hand, have to deal with reality, even when it is harsh. We know that those who place liberal heroes on a pedestal, have set their sights on something that is not real. Those heroes don’t truly believe in liberalism.
Liberals perpetrate the delusion that labor should be valued by you based on your own notion of “fairness”, not by those who provide it or pay for it. Thus we have the push for $15 an hour minimum wage.
The reality is, you are worth exactly what an employer can pay for you and the position you are filling, nothing more. Increasing the minimum wage by such a large amount, puts more people out of jobs — that’s the reality of it. If you expect the government to set a “living wage” for you, the truth is you have failed to make yourself worth a living wage. Making a living takes hard work, dedication and commitment.
Liberalism keeps you poor, ignorant and helpless to survive, and therefore you become dependent on the government.
I dare say that if 90 percent of Americans were self-sufficient and refused to trade dignity for welfare handouts, the Democratic party of today, would cease to exist.
Liberalism promotes a “victim” mentality and if you are having any kind of hardship, it is because you are a victim. The truth is, most of the time, it is your own fault. We aren’t a victim of circumstances. We all make choices and suffer the consequences of those choices when they are the wrong ones.
As Margaret Thatcher once said, the problem with socialism is that eventually you run out of other people’s money. Liberals want you to drink the Koolaid; in actually it’s a political ponzi scheme where the lazy and gullible get exploited. For you see the hard truth is, there is no such thing as a free lunch.
