Stand up for your rights before it’s too late

With all that’s going on, it is sometimes not so easy to stay calm and carry on when dealing with people. One thing I’ve noticed is that people seem to be more on edge than usual and I guess that’s understandable. Occasionally, I even find myself that way and have to remind myself who’s in control. Thankful for my wonderful friends who also remind me that I am a daughter of the King and help straighten my crown.
With the recent revolation by the CDC that numbers are nowhere near what they have been saying, it is my prayer people will begin to settle down. I will not gloat that what I said all along seems to be coming to light for the masses. I’m just thankful it wasn’t as bad as predicted.
However, it doesn’t make any sense what, we the people have allowed with the draconian and tyrannical government intrusions and restrictions on every facet of our lives.
New figures from the glorified CDC show only 9,683 deaths directly attributed to the China flu as the President calls it. While any death is sad, what has happened in our country is even sadder.
We shut down our country and people started living in fear over something that could have been easily treated first of all, and not as bad as they tried to say. Yes, I know people who have dealt with it and the majority of those that have the most problems have underlying health issues. That’s what the CDC is saying now as well. Hospitals were being paid more for COVID deaths and even more when the person is put on a ventilator.
It could be cured and lessened in days with the right medication, but those weren’t even allowed in many cases. It is a travesty.
Citizens with relatives and other loved ones in nursing homes have not been allowed to see them for months. Many of those patients do not understand all of this and many can’t understand it. If masks truly worked, then why can’t their relatives wear them and visit? People are dying without loved ones, not only in nursing homes but in hospitals who don’t allow anyone in with the patient.
If you don’t think this wrong on my levels, then you might need a heart check-up. It’s not about safety. Many more people are committing suicide and dealing with depression, anxiety and more since all of this started. Where’s the outrage about all of this and the compassion.
If you could but are not allowed to say goodbye to a loved one, you can’t really have closure. It’s something you will live with the rest of your life. You think the government cares? Not one iota.
New York’s governor put all those people in the nursing home to die, I believe. Nothing else explains his handling of this situation. A lawsuit has begun as well as an investigation and hopefully, people who lost their loved ones can at least know someone cared enough to get to the truth. It will never bring their loved ones back, but perhaps it can keep it from happening again.
Until people start pushing back and say enough is enough, it will continue. How you might ask? Call the governor, write emails, contact your representatives and senators; do it regularly not just once. Yes, vote, but that sometimes is not enough and that is the case in all of this chaos we are seeing right now around us.
When you are denied access places because you can’t wear a mask, file a discrimination complaint with the department of justice. They do investigate every complaint. File a complaint under the Americans with Disabilities act, starting with the state health department. Quit being silent while liberty is eroding. Stand up against tyranny. The government does not really care about you, it’s all about control.
We should be in control of our own health. I am. It’s one reason I seek out holistic and functional doctors. Yes, they cost more and no I can’t really afford it but can you put a price on your health? I’m a big proponent of herbal medicine and have even studied some of it. We have to be proactive where our health is concerned. Just because someone went to school and became a medical doctor doesn’t mean they have all the answers or you should totally listen to them. You should be asking questions. Remember the call it the practice of medicine.
Herd immunity is a real thing. Before all of the fear mongering, it was talked about and encouraged.
Here at the newspaper, we have been doing what we can to fight back, trying to educate the public, yet many still fall for the propaganda and don’t question anything. Sad, that people no longer stop and think for themselves.
We make phone calls and send emails weekly. We have filed complaints with the Justice Department, especially against mayor of Byron and exploring all options available. He doesn’t believe anyone can have a religious conviction against wearing a mask and doesn’t allow health exemptions. He has even mocked religious convictions on his social media page. He tries to use intimidation as his weapon of choice. First of all mocking someone’s relationship with Christ, is something I don’t think any of us can or should do. Each will answer for it one day to God.
Yet, he doesn’t wear a mask anywhere other than city hall and says he knows where everyone he comes in contact with has been so he’s not worried. Really? Well, I seriously doubt he knew where all those people in Waffle House he introduced himself to, had been. People try to justify things with the dumbest reasons and expect people to believe it.
Elected officials should never run for office if they can’t take criticism, first of all, but you should care about all of your citizens and not be so egotistical and power hungry that you aren’t even willing to listen. If you like many, have wondered, how he got elected, well, he waited until the last few minutes to make sure no one else was running to sign up. Hopefully, he will have opposition for the next election. There is a lot that could be exposed and perhaps it will be in the end.
If you’re not doing what you can, then don’t complain but if you don’t want to see these freedoms gone, you’d better start standing up before it’s too late. Otherwise, we will have no one to blame but ourselves. The one thing the powers that be are really afraid of, is a united people. So start uniting with others and let your voice be heard. ©2020
